住宅ローン金利上昇..
住宅ローン金利が上昇しました。
大手銀行は2月に適用する住宅ローンの固定金利を発表し、
金利の引き上げが相次ぎました。変動型についても日銀が先週、
追加の利上げを決めたことを受けて今後、引き上げられる可能性があります。
住宅ローンの固定金利は、
長期金利の代表的な指標となっている10年ものの国債の利回りを参考に
それぞれの銀行が毎月決めています。
大手銀行は31日、2月に適用する固定金利を発表し、
このところ長期金利が上昇傾向となっていることを受けて、金利の引き上げが相次ぎました。
このうち10年固定で最も優遇する場合の金利は
▽三菱UFJ銀行が0.13ポイント引き上げて年1.44%、
▽三井住友銀行が0.1ポイント引き上げて年2.0%、
▽みずほ銀行が0.15ポイント引き上げて年1.6%になります。
また、
▽りそな銀行は年1.875%に、
▽三井住友信託銀行は年1.635%にそれぞれ引き上げます。
変動金利も各銀行で上昇しております。
今後約2年くらいは段階的に上昇するといわれております。
