1/1に土地鑑定委員という専門の方が調べて

全国の土地の標準値段が公表されます。

札幌は8.4%上昇でした。

札幌市：110,800円/㎡

中央区：232,700円/㎡

北区：92,300円/㎡

東区：111,700円/㎡

白石区：114,000円㎡

厚別区：110,900円/㎡

となっております。

土地の上昇率から

令和5年度と6年度の評価証明も上がっています。。

 

北広島などに元々土地を持っている方にとっては

固定資産税もかなり上がっていそうですね＞＜
