翌日には筋肉痛です。

 

今回は、住宅購入・増改築用の資金を、

父母や祖父母など（直系尊属）から贈与を受けた場合について

 

 

＜要件＞

省エネ・耐震・バリアフリー住宅について→1,000万円

上記以外の住宅→500万円

 

贈与を受けた翌年の3/15までの入居すること

＜適用期限＞

期間：令和4年1月1日～令和8年12月31日まで

＜住宅の条件＞

50㎡以上240㎡以下であること

（合計所得金額1,000万円以下のばあいは床面積40㎡以上50㎡未満の住宅も対象）

よく要件を確認しましょう！

When you receive a gift from your parents or grandparents (lineal descendants) for the purchase or expansion of a house

<Requirements

Energy-saving, earthquake-proof, and barrier-free housing: 10 million yen

Housing other than the above -> 5 million yen

The recipient must move into the house by 3/15 of the year following the year of receipt of the gift.

<Date of application

Period: From January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2026

<Housing requirements

The size of the house must be between 50m2 and 240m2.

(If the total income is 10 million yen or less, a residence with a floor area of 40 m2 or more but less than 50 m2 is also eligible.)
